NCHRP Project 17-45 Materials: this project developed predictive methods for freeways and interchanges. The proposed chapters are currently being balloted by AASHTO. As part of this project, a spreadsheet tool for freeway and interchange predictive methods, called ISATe, was developed. The tool and the user's manual can be downloaded here:
